Webmail to Zimbra Conversion Instructions

Step 3: Import your contacts into Zimbra
  1. Browse to mail.aircanopy.net and Login

  2. Click Preferences

  3. Click Address Book

  4. Under the Import / Export section click Browse...

  5. Locate the new file. ie. contacts.csv
  6. Click Import .CSV File

  7. Click Emailed Contacts and then click OK

You should see a brief message indicating the number of contacts that were successfully imported. Please click on your address book and verify your contacts have been imported correctly. If you should encounter an issue please contact our technical support department at 972.617.8889 option 2.
